The Mexican Grand Prix seems to have left some issues unresolved; in fact, Charles Leclerc has been summoned by the FIA stewards in Brazil.
During the press conference following the Mexican Grand Prix, won by Carlos Sainz, Charles Leclerc was the protagonist of a crucial save towards the end of the race, where he was about to lose control of his car. It was then Lando Norris who took advantage of the situation, securing second place.
““I had a oversteer, and then, when I recovered from that oversteer, I had another oversteer from the other side, and then I thought, ‘F****. Oh, sorry! Oh no, oh no! I don’t want to join Max!“the Monegasque said about the incident in Mexico, also recalling the same episode involving Max Verstappen, who during the press conference in Singapore had let slip an expletive; in that case, the result had been a penalty to be served through community service.” However, despite his apologies, Charles Leclerc was still summoned by the FIA stewards immediately after the sprint qualifying session of the Brazilian Grand Prix (local time 17:45).
