MotoGP Qualifying at Silverstone: Espargarò Takes POLE, Followed by Bagnaia and Bastianini!

The results of the MotoGP qualifying at Silverstone are in: Aleix Espargarò has secured POLE position, followed by the two Desmosedici riders, Bagnaia and Bastianini

After yesterday’s pre-qualifying sessions, the 12 fastest MotoGP riders took to the track for the qualifying round at Silverstone, in a weekend where the world championship celebrates its 75th anniversary. Aleix Espargarò set a stunning lap time of 1:57.309, taking advantage of a track that has always favored Aprilia.

Behind him, completing the front row, are Pecco Bagnaia, 208 milliseconds behind, and Enea Bastianini, 384 milliseconds behind Aleix Espargarò. It was an excellent qualifying session for the two official Ducati riders, who had good feelings since yesterday.

Following them are Jorge Martin, Alex Marquez, and Brad Binder in the second row, while the third row features Marc Marquez, Maverick Vinales (who crashed at the end), and Pedro Acosta.

Q1 Results

In the first session, Alex Marquez set the fastest time with a 1:58.373, followed by Pedro Acosta. These two riders advance to Q2, while Franco Morbidelli remains in third position and does not advance. Raul Fernandez finished in fourth position and also did not advance.
